Table Rock Lodge

De locatie is prachtig. Zeer zorgvuldig, met veel aandacht en duurzaam opgezet. Medewerkers zijn fantastisch. Aan alles is gedacht. Prijzen zijn zeer redelijk. Geweldige plek om als basis voor uitstapjes te gebruiken, maar ook om te genieten van het prachtige terrein en alles wat er te doen is. Zeer zeker een 10!!!!!!!!!

We really loved our time at Table Rock. The staff were wonderful with our children (5 and 8). There was plenty to do and the location allowed for getting to all the nearby things easily enough. The river was a fun bonus to float down and kayak up. Wifi worked well in cabins and other locations. We weren't expecting that but it was there if you needed it.

We were worried that there wouldn't be air conditioning, but no one else seemed worried about it in other reviews. That's because it worked out fine. We are used to very cold sleeping situations, but the cabin cooled off at night well and with fans (they give you extra if you want), we really didn't have any problems.

If we could rate higher than a 10, we would! This place really has the wow-factor! Staff is super friendly and hospitable, even remembering all of our names and coming over for regular chats and checking in how they can improve your stay. It’s a small-scale eco lodge with very cozy cabins that offer privacy, jungle views, a lot of space and wildlife around the cabins and they are very nicely decorated, with all facilities you need and with very comfortable beds. The lodge is nestled in the jungle but also just a few steps from the river where you can use canoes and tubes free of charge. On the surrounding terrain you can explore the lodge’s farm, jungle trails with wildlife, orchards, a playground, a place where they keep donkeys, rabbits, etc. And it’s only a short taxi ride away from the town San Ignacio with its nice farmers market. Prices for eating and drinking are very acceptable for Belize hotel standards and it’s worth paying for the tasty dishes and cocktails whilst viewing dozens of hummingbirds and sitting in the most atmospheric ambience of the restaurant and bar. The pool is idyllic, refreshing and very clean. Plenty of reasons not to hesitate and just book!

De locatie is prachtig, zo midden in de jungle en de lodges liggen er schitterend bij. De lodges zijn heel ruim en stijlvol ingericht. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en netjes.

Alles was top! Een goede espresso (gezet met een goede espressomachine) zou het helemaal afmaken.
