Superb
This was the first time when I didn't need to clean the kettle, the pots and a frying pan before the usage. Everything was clean and ready to use. The apartament is big and comfortable. Big bathtub - relaxing baths every day. All needed equipment in place. Very quiet place and neighbours. Great location - around 10 minutes to the beginning of Hochalpenstrasse. The city is lovely, so in spite of Hochalpenstrasse you can enjoy the beauty of the village as well. The heating was working so it was warm inside the apartament. During the stay you can read books which are available at the reception.
A few small tips for the host to make a stay for another guests perfect. For someone who doesn’t use a garage it's not obvious that the boxes with keys are in the garage. I lost 30 minutes trying to find keys. I called the host a few minutes after 9 pm - noone answered. I sent an SMS- no reply. The whole situation was for us extremely stressful. Moreover the TV hasn't found any chanels. I tried many times, many options and nothing was found. What's more a password to WiFi is written very uncler. It took us another 30 mins to quess what is the unclear symbol. It would be lovely if more coffee was available 🙂

Living conditions are good, although they could be better for such a price. But the attitude to the client by 1 point.
Good location, nice view from the window. High and comfortable bed. Some elements of the room are made in the old style.
The apartment is generally good, but I have never met such a bad attitude towards the client. The impression is that by staying in this hotel you have become subordinate to its owner. This manifested itself in many moments.
1. Immediately after booking and paying for apartments online, the owner sent a message that we must to arrive from 16:00 to 19:00, otherwise there will be a fine of 15 Euros. This is despite the fact that they have the ability to settle independently at any time through the key box.
2. Also, after paying for apartments, the owner wrote that we will have to pay a cash deposit of 100 Euros in case something breaks in the room. But this was not in the rules before I paid for the apartment! I was not going to make any bail, but at the last moment the owner wrote that his housekeeper was ill and so we can settle down on our own. So there was no one to take the bail )
3. The room was cold for the first 4-5 hours, until the heating warmed up properly. Nobody turned it on in advance.
4. There is a dishwasher in the room, but no tablets for it. Even the cheapest. When asked about these tablets, the owner said that we should buy them ourselves (when the only store nearby is closed) or we must wash all the dishes by hand :-)
5. The washing machine did not work. First, because access to water was blocked. Then, as it turned out, due to the fact that the washing machine door does not close well. We found out on our own through Google and the possible breakdown of this washing machine model. Our room was 31.
6. In the parking lot in the basement all the places were free. In the parking scheme, each parking space belongs to a specific apartment. But our 31st number was not there. We decided to park the car closer to the entrance to carry the suitcases closer. We were accused of parking incorrectly as result )

Awesome, cozy, and beautiful.
The room was big and cozy, the beds were very comfortable. The place had all the kitchenware you could possibly want and all utilities, including a coffee machine, toaster, sandwitch maker, kettle etc... You start feeling just like you are at home (but the home is in a beautiful village in the Alps). Our stay here was lovely. 100% recommend.
There was a lovely service lady who gave us the keys at check-in and collected them after our stay. However, she only speks German. But with a little effort, we realised that that's not really a problem.

Nice, small apartment.
Stay at the apartment was lovely. The apartment is big enough for two adults and maybe a child.
It is a small apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. If you are looking for a luxury place, this apartment is for sure not for you, but if you are looking for a decent place to have a good night rest after skiing, you are at the right place.
The distance to the ski lift, supermarket and the centre of the village is about 3-5 min walk.
The property owner was very prompt answering all my questions; usually, it took him 15-25 minutes to reply.

Really good place for stay. Best value for money. Heating, internet, kitchen are excellent.
The location is ok, 5 minutes walking to the 'downtown'. It's a pretty quiet place, good for families or couples. Heating and internet excellent, for all praise. The bathroom is clean and good, there is always hot water. The kitchen is well equipped.
You really need to do something about picking up keys. At the end of the day, after skiing, you have to drive and searching for a house ~12km back. Mrs. Elizabeth does not speak English, it is difficult to communicate, although Mrs. Elizabeth was really kind!

Kamer was niet gepoetst, geen handdoeken, geen verschoonde bedden, vuile badkamer , vuile frigo,… en eigenaar was niet bereikbaar. Slechts 1nacht gebleven en terug vertrokken.

Das Bett stand sehr ungünstig und dann noch die grossen Kleiderhaken an der Wand war alles sehr eng. Die Wände waren total fleckig sah im ersten Moment aus wie Schimmel. Im Bad keine einzige
Steckdose zum rasieren und föhnen.

Bonne situation géographique. Très bel appartement dans un secteur paisible. D’une grande propreté et lits très confortables. À côté du village, facile d’accès en marchant quelques minutes. Prise de possession des clés clairement précisée.

Viss tīrs un kārtīgs. Gultas svaigi klātas. Ērta gulēšana. Skats pa logu, kā arī no balkona fantastisks. Visas ērtības. Virtuvē trauki, katli,panna, galda piederumi, kafijas kanniņa. Pat šķēres un ķiplokspiede. Dušas dvieļi, veļas mašīna un statīvs, kur drēbes izkārt. Arī gludināmais dēlis un gludeklis uz vietas. Mikroviļņu krāsns un tējkanna. Patiešām viss nepieciešamais un daudz vairāk.
Tikai tas, ka tieši mūsu numuriņam nebij stāvvietas. To arī paši nenoskaidrojām, bet uz vietas visu mierīgi un laipni sarunājām un arī stāvvieta uz mūsu divām naktīm bija.
