Large, fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area. 2 large bedrooms—one with a double bed, satellite TV, and a couch; one with a double bed and an extra bed. Large sunny balcony! 2 grocery stores, a bank (ATM), a post office, and an indoor swimming pool are all in the immediate vicinity. Georgs Sportladen sports store located right in the building. Parking directly in front of the building.
On-site costs: Bedding, towels, and electricity are included in the price. Final cleaning: EUR 60.00. Local tax: EUR 2.70 per day per person aged 16 and older.
