Дуже чисто. Немає ніяких сторонніх запахів.
Слабий напір в унітазі, ледь змиває. І в душевій кабінці неможливо повісити лійку.

Ціна 1700, в помешканні немає навіть пакетиків чаю Машинка не працює Вайфай слабкий і нестабільний Парковка доволі мала і місця може не бути

Розташування зручне, поряд з центром міста. Можна спостерігати захід сонця. Крісло-гойдалка супер.
При заселені вимагають скасування бронювання. На кухні: відсутня витяжка, мийка не закріплена. У ванній: миготить лампочка і вимикається, пральна машина пере погано, під час користування нею на підлозі з'являється велика калюжа, кран подачі води до неї потрібно відкривати і закривати, тож поки вона пере ви маєте бути в номері, тримач для душу не тримає душ. Дуже багато штучних квітів в пилу. Ламінат на підлозі "гуляє". Хоч це й новобудова, але тріщини на стелі у ванній та на кухні присутні. Двуконтурний газовий котел протікає. На кухні відсутня москітна сітка, тож всі комахи у помешканні.
