Розташування, наявність парковки. В принципі, гарна квартира. Проуес заселення і висилення дуже зручниц

Локація. Все поряд. Чисто.
Не сподобалось: не зручний матрац, мило для рук з не приємним запахом. Є пральна машина , але порошку хоча б на одне прання не було. Крісла, щоб посидіти на балконі вранці з кавою нема, хоча на фото було. Сітка на вікнах є, а по факту ввечері налетіло багато мошок.

- місце розташування - повноцінні 6 спальних місць - багато вільного простору - окрема кухня - поруч крита парковка (2-3 хвилини) - 100 грн за добу - поруч магазин "Сільпо" - кафе прям знизу, де можна замовити їжу з собою або просто сісти і там поїсти.
- дуже поганий напір води. Це призводить до того, що вода в туалеті дууууже повільно набирається. Враховуйте це, якщо їдети великою родиною. Вода може набиратись десь 15 хвилин. ОСОБЛИВІСТЬ (не мінус) - машиною прям під під'їзд не під'їхати, тому що вихід з під'їзду як раз на пішохідну центральну вулицю. Єдине, що не одразу зрозуміли, що наші апартаменти не відповідали заявленому фото на сайті. Це була інша квартира. Але нас це не засмутило сильно.
