acces was complicated, the check in app works awfully, we stayed in front of the building for 20 minutes unable to enter

Everything was perfect, new and clean.
Not so close to city center, but a nice and quiet area.

The location is good.
I would mark the entrance with a large sign.
Private parking lot that is closed. I was able to park my Dodge Ram 1500 easily.
No elevator. Not suitable for elderly people.
The apartment is large and has everything you need. The shower could use better maintenance; the silicone sealant needs replacing, as it's old.
The bed is awful. It's a rubber mattress and too narrow for two people. The pillows are bad, and the duvet is too small.
There isn't a second duvet in the apartment.
I wouldn't book there again. The problem is the bed.
