Overall, the apartment was fine. It was nothing exceptional, but it was comfortable enough and had everything necessary for the stay.
The main issue was the payment process. The host asked me to pay in advance by transferring the money directly to a personal bank card rather than a registered business account. I received no official receipt or proof of payment. This also raised concerns about whether these payments are being properly declared and handled legally. Overall, I found this lack of transparency very unprofessional and concerning.

Розташування чудове, 5 хвилин пішки до центральної вулиці. Недалеко є Сільпо, різні кафе і магазини, що було дуже зручно з дітьми

Сподобалось місце розташування, комфортні апартаменти
Не сподобалось, що під вікнами на центральній вулиці рано вранці та пізно ввечері кричали, співали голосно пісні та голосно слухали музику місцеві мешканці.

Ключі були в кейсі, квартира була чистою. Обіцяли паркомісце у дворі, але там парковки машин на 6 максимум і місця підписані місцевими, тож машину залишили просто вздвож вулиці.
Квартира не зовсім співпадає з фото, тому що ламінат в кімнатах розійшовся і в дірках, підлогу треба повінстю замінити, мабуть було затоплення. Стеля в ванній кімнаті облущається. І взагалі квартира в новобудові, але вже достатньо втомлена, потребує ремонту. Дивани були комфортна, а от матрац на ліжку вже дуже пролежаний. Постіль була не приємна, запах дивний, але ми були дуже втомлені з дороги, тому переночували і поїхали далі.
