Location, great kitchen, very comfortable layout, excellent location

The location is very good in terms of the town and beach
The steps up to the property are a little challenging for us older people [up to the 3rd floor]. The noise from the pubs and traffic at busy times late on is not ideal for young children sleeping

Great central location. Thoughtful extras such as milk in the fridge, tea and coffee a real.home from home feel. We stayed during a 29 degree heat wave and we're able to keep the house comfortably cool considering.
The mattress in the double room was a little firm but still acceptable and wouldn't put us off staying again.
