Set over three floors….. way too many stairs not really made aware of when booking ….. pile of human hair on dressing table as though a brush had been cleaned out

The interior, the location.

The hosts kept us fully informed about our stay. The home was clean and tidy and in a great location. It was very easy to access the property. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when we arrived, no biscuits like last time though :-)

A spare key would have been nice as there were two couples staying in the holiday home. Like most hotels and holiday homes these days the check ins and outs could be better, an our either way would make a difference

No oven gloves and there wasn’t a handle to take out the hot grill pan.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a very convenient location. Comfortable furnishings and beds, modern decor.

The place is dirty and not cleaned properly at all. Many previous reviews comment on uncleanliness and each time Host and Stay say they will rectify but they have not at all. It is such a simple thing to achieve and this place would achieve 5* reviews. 1.Entrance hall covered in dead flies - someone has tried to sweep them up on a windowsill but just shoved them in a pile behind a vase to hide them! 2. Balls of fluff and dirt all over the floors and rug in lounge, filthy and clearly not vacuumed in some time. I swept all the floors for you. 3. Coffee/cup marks on surfaces - easily wiped up. 4. Bedroom dressing table covered in a sticky substance that damaged a bag that was placed on it before we realised. Again I easily cleaned this up for you. 5. Drawer in bedroom dressing table full of someone's rubbish - I put this in the bin for you. 6. Drawer in wardrobe had screwed up bedding and towels in - used maybe? 7. The icing on the cake was when we discovered a pair of men's pants on the shelf of the TV cabinet - nice. They are still there, so it would be interesting to see if the next occupants have found them or if Host and Stay have done anything about it! All of theses things were reported to Host and Stay who are now 'investigating' - I'm not an overly fussy person at all but in the light of Host and Stays rather aggressive terms and conditions and reminders of taking money via the Waiver if anything is damaged etc...I took great pains to report these issues. Clearly they do not check the properties at all but seem to demand that everything is left perfect. Another example - only 3 eating knives in a property that sleeps 4. Nothing is checked before arrival of new guests and bare minimum cleaning is done. I asked for the cleaning fee to be returned seeing as I had done most of it but as yet......... As I said, this could easily be a 5* place but severely let down by the cleaning that could easily be sorted.

The stairs, my fault, I should have read the description more carefully. 2 flights of stairs to get into the flat, no good if you are of limited mobility ( or just old!)

Location , comfortable bed & quality furniture

Dirty carpet on stairs & landing upto apartment covered in dead flies . No wardrobe & no hooks on back of doors to hang clothes . Only hooks to hang clithes were coat hooks in hallway

Modern & fully equipped. Great that you could actually open the windows too! Perfect location, with a 4am wake up alarm from the seagulls.

I’m honestly not fussy, but it wasn’t clean at all. The amount of dust on lamps, all over the floors & behind the bedsides drawers (while plugging in charger) was astonishing. There was blue toothpaste on the bathroom basin from previous occupants that hadn’t been cleaned. While it’s fine not to have wardrobes, there are no hooks on the back of doors in any of the rooms to hang clothes, or put towels on in bathroom (heated rail didn’t work either). Such an easy fix and a real basic necessity that drove us potty by day 2.

Cleanliness, Floors are not been cleaned for a while dust everywhere need to do a bit of cleaning and sweeping the floor as we enter.

Above expectations. Perfect location and the apartment is perfect. We will be back

We didn’t cook at all in the apartment. However the living room kitchen did smell of fried food all the time. Also the staircase had an awful pungent smell. Could be due to the bin store not being emptied. The shower was on the small side.

The location and the apartment was lovely and nicely decorated

Some parts of the apartment was not clean and there was a lot built up dust. This caused huge allergies and breathing difficulties

The apartment is in a good location. It it very modern inside and everything looks new.

The entrance let’s the property down, lots of post on the floor. The apartment was clean apart from the floors which had a lot of dust gathered under the furniture and behind the doors.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Store leiligheter, komfortable senger.
