Just perfect

Great stay in a historic building
Great place to stay with loads of character. Facilities were top notch too and you can just imagine the history of the building. Felt like true Whitby.

Unfortunate
Location
Had a leak in bathroom on shower which was pouring through ceiling near all electrical stuff and trying to get hold of someone to sort out was a nightmare took 2 hours and no further forward so we had to come home fighting at moment to try and get my money back

Complete waste of money
The steps into the property were very steep and there was no handrail to help you get in both myself and my wife have mobility issues and really struggled getting in and out of the property we found it dangerous for us so we only stayed one night although we paid for 2 nights and had to pay extra to check in early the heaters were very poor and only stayed on for a couple of hours before you had to restart them we were cold 🥶 there was no mention of people who had mobility problems might have problems here and the fact it was down an alley with steps at each end to get to the property, it was impossible to get my wife's mobility scooter there, it was a very disappointing weekend especially as we were celebrating or 40th wedding anniversary

We had an amazing time in Whitby - good cen trap location
Good location , very small but perfect for 4 people .
Only issue smell of drains when the bathroom was used . More towels were needed .
