Location, comfort, ideal for long stay, and very clean.
Nothing we don’t like, just a couple of things which could be improved. The hair dryer was not working properly and kept cutting out when we used it. More glasses including tumblers and prosecco/champagne flutes and provide more toilet roll.

Location was good for the harbour, cafes, shops etc. Plenty of towels. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Appreciated the tea and coffee on arrival.
No parking nearby which meant getting luggage to and from the cottage from the car was hard work. A parking permit was left for us for W parking zones, however it was so busy and difficult to locate an available space. Wasn’t cleaned to a high enough standard. The bathroom needed a deep clean and the kitchen cupboards and crockery/cutlery all needed a good wash. The cottage is absolutely tiny, we had to physically crouch down to walk up and down stairs.

We had horrendous storm on Friday morning just before we left . The bathroom window would not close properly and the gutters we think were full . It flooded the bathroom and through the ceiling in kitchen . The ally the cottage was oh flooded. Had to use all the towels to mop up the water.
