About this house rental
Casa Jazmin Carabeo is located in the former fishermen street of our village. Coming in our house you step back in time and experience the original Spanish style consisting of a labyrinth-like house with many different rooms concentrated around the inner private patio. The Jasmine blossoms will remind you that you are here to enjoy Andalucia. When you step out of the house, you are in the old part of Nerja village, a beautiful pedestrian street, experiencing the tapas bars & the locals hanging around.
The original walls of the house are on, combined with the renovation made respecting the atmosphere of the house age, around 300 year old! Fear not, the house has all modern commodities!
Fire place for winter, air conditioning in every bedroom & living room, Wi-Fi, leisure sofa on the upper big terrace, BBQ corner and views to the mountains.
The Patio offers a splash pool only for sitting in, as the old fashion cooling down.

We loved staying in this traditional historic house. It was hard to decide between venturing out, with so much within walking distance, or staying in and enjoying the beautiful open air spaces. We traveled with our 2 sons (8 and 11) and my other. There was plenty of space and everyone was more then comfortable. Due to the traditional build and desing the house stayed nice and cool during the day and was very quiet. Defiantly would love to stay here again..

The house itself has a lot of character and is in a fantastic location with immediate access to shops and restaurants.
The house should be considered as vintage and while it boosts original features it is in need of some TLC in places. The fourth room is only accessed via the courtyard and steps.
The roof terrace is a great feature of the house and well equipped.
We experienced a local power surge during our stay affecting the whole street, breaking 3 air con units, the boiler, washing machine and other personal items.
The property management is excellent and they quickly responded to questions and provided support needed especially after the power surge in arranging trades to fix issues where possible before the end of our stay.

This place is a great location. It is charming and homey. The patio with the dipping pool was a wonderful hangout for the family. The rooftop patio with lounge chairs and table was great for am coffee, reading, and a pleasant nap. There was tourist sounds until night, but I slept in the front room and it didn’t bother me at all, and we had a few late nights ourselves. We loved Nerja and would come back again and again. Clean, safe, and fun with shops, food, beaches just steps away.

Casa Jazmin Carabeo is a great place to stay. I tend to stick to the Carabeo area when staying in Nerja and Casa Jazmin was one of the best. Communication with property management was excellent. We had one small issue with the coffee pot, so we mentioned it while checking in with our passports. There was a brand new coffee pot waiting for us when we got back. Amazing customer service! All rooms have nice working air conditioners and the splash pool was great also to cool down in. Would definitely stay here again!
