Bellavista 1 is a spacious and modern 4 bedroom townhouse within easy walking distance of Nerja Town Centre and Burriana Beach. The house has a communal pool and private garage for parking.

The owner does not live on the premises so the property is entirely for the guests use.

The Neighborhood:
Situated only a few minutes walk from the Parador and Burriana Beach. The old town centre of Nerja is approximately a 10 minute walk. All of these popular quarters offer an abundant selection of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. You have a good choice of beaches, Burriana Beach for those seeking plenty of activity or Playa Carabeo for a more relaxing atmosphere.

Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”. Unlike some other towns on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has preserved its charm and character, but still has all the modern amenities holiday makers are looking for including a great choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Nerja boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Arguably the most popular is the long, sandy Burriana Beach which offers an array of water sports including sea kayaking, scuba diving and paddle boarding.

There is so much more to do in Nerja besides relaxing on the beach including:
- The Nerja Caves – one of the top tourist attractions in Spain
- Balcon de Europa – the focal point of Nerja for residents and tourists alike
- Frigiliana – traditional white-washed village just 10 minutes drive from Nerja

Getting Around:
The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.

BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.

TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.
