About this villa rental
Villa Los Leones is a 4-bedroom villa with large pool and outside space in the centre of Nerja.
It is ideally situated for families and groups in a central location just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. Our Villa Kaisaras and Villa Victoria are next door to the villa - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are very close by.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace ideal for dinner al fresco with table and chairs, the terrace and the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, a Kingsize double with large south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath, and two twin bedrooms with a further large family bathroom.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6.5m x 3.5m & 0.9m -1.5m depths), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!
The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

The booking process and check-in is super smooth, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need - we especially appreciated the A/C, which has a warm air function because it was very cold for a few days when we were here in December. The location is a bit away from the town center, but very close walking distance to it. There is parking for 1 car on the property. We had an electricity outage and a person came to investigate the problem immediately although it was the 25th of December - great service. The problem was the water heater - we ended up not having hot water for 1 full day until it was fixed, however, the agency gave us access to another nearby house to take a shower if needed. We appreciate how smoothly the problem was handled. We also really appreciated the food basket which is possible to order at the arrival - it saved us a trip to the grocery store after a long day of travel.
There could be a bluetooth stereo to connect to to play music. There is a very old CD player/radio on the property.

Location was great. 10/15 min walk to central town but lots of bars and restaurants close by. Accommodated 8 of us (4 couples.
Maybe extra set of keys...just as we split up abit and all did our own thing some days but had to leave set in box for last ones home. A minor detail.
