Hill Bank is a detached stone cottage located in the village of Hutton Roof in Cumbria. It has four bedrooms including a super king-size with a single day bed and an en-suite, two more super king-size beds and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and a surrounding garden.
Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating in kitchen and woodburning stove. Electric AGA range, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (1 Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable storage. Surrounding garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Hill Bank is een uiterst comfortabel en gezellig vakantiehuis, perfect gelegen tussen de Lakes en de Dales. Wij hebben daar 10 fijne dagen gehad.

I can never imagine better stay with my grandparents... it was a lovely cottage and the hospitality of the owner was really good... he gave all the essential stuff and most importantly it was a celebration of my sisters graduation... and surprisingly we found a freshly baked cake... it was delicious... and overall the positive vibes and the cottage was really really good... I strongly recommend people to stay there...
