Amazing property and fantastic host

Fabulous quirky apartment in a great location situated at the rear of the main house. Plenty of natural light floods in and the sauna & projector tv were just the icing on the cake. Julie, the host was excellent. Very welcoming providing sufficient provisions of tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, yoghurts bread and butter for an overnight stay. I contacted Julie for some local information a week after our stay there and she responded promptly and enthusiastically. Couldn’t praise this one enough

Relaxed

Everything about le studio has been thought out for comfort and relaxation. The sauna was amazing after a long day, a real treat. Projector system was like meaning at the cinema. Everywhere spotless and tastefully decorated with little hone touches everywhere, even an electric blanket Shortbread, bread and milk left out, and the owner couldn’t do more to make me welcome. Would stay again

Fully equipped, onsite parking, Julie was there when we arrived to show us around and was very helpful, left breakfast items for us. It had a sauna but we didn’t use it as only there one night. Spacious. Good water pressure.

Bed and pillow were a bit firm for my liking. Projector didn’t work or we could get it going. Not within walking distance to town, however met our purposes as it was just an overnight stay and we had a car.

Luxurious treasure trove of a place in a great location

Julie was professional but also very warm and welcoming. She showed us everything and was very approachable. My daughter really liked her too which is always a plus! We were both impressed by the apartment, the setup, the friendliness and the little extra touches Julie gave us. Wee bits in the fridge for our arrival, selection of things for breakfast in the morning.

Unfortunately the wifi and the home cinema didn’t work. Not s big issue though as we were there only 1 night and there is great 5G reception and the smart tv worked great.

Gem of a place well situated for discovering the Highlands.

The studio was beautifully decorated and the soft furnishings were lovely, the owners have thought of everything to make this accommodation comfortable and a little bit special. The sauna is a treat after a day exploring the Highlands and the cinema screen with surround sound is a nice touch. Provisions in the apartment meant you could just turn up and everything you need was there, tea, milk, snacks and an array of coffee to choose from is a very nice touch. We didn't use it but there is a lovely little seating/dining area outside for warmer weather. This studio is one of the best places I've stayed in within the UK and would definitely return.

Excellent value; very comfortable and great location for explorations.

Great accommodation: spotless, comfortable and fantastic amenities. We enjoyed the sauna and it was great to watch films on the huge screen. The host is very helpful. The location probably requires a car but there are bus stops close by; the walk into the city centre took around 20 mins but I hired it as a base to explore the surrounding coast and countryside and it was perfect fit that. A short walk down to a retail park; even shorter upwards to a co-op. Very quiet. Recommended and I would certainly return to it.

Beautiful well appointed studio!

Beautiful well appointed studio! The location is perfect for exploring Loch Ness. This apartment is so well appointed it has absolutely everything you need for a 3-4 day stay. Off street parking, private entrance. It’s warm,comfortable & clean and so welcoming! Thank you for having us Julie!

The Perfect Stay in Inverness

We can’t say enough about this property. It is beautiful and clean as advertised. Julie is the consummate hostess providing all of the amenities and information about town you would need for a comfortable stay. She is incredibly responsive to your questions. She clearly takes great pride in making your stay a home away from home.

Inverness basement apartment

The perfect hideaway to enjoy Inverness. Julie is a lovely host, and the apartment has everything and more that you could want. The bed and the shower were great and it has a washing machine if needed also. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Nothing from our perspective, although just a point for those with mobility issues that there are approx 10 stairs down into the apartment.

Such a great place to stay!

This place was awesome! We hadn't expected it to be so big or so well equipped but it was brilliant. A Huge comfy bed, and nearby a great sofa and a projector screen for watching DVDs. A great kitchen with table and chairs, washing machine and everything you could want. Also a nice lounge room with a TV and a big chair in front of a cute electric fire.There were even breakfast things provided and we had a great takeaway dinner from Wee Delhi about 7 minutes down the road. This was one of the best places we've stayed in and even the price was great. Totally recommend it.

Can't really think of anything. It would be worth updating the very useful welcome book and it took us a few minutes to find the towels which were in the cupboard in the bedroom rather than the bathroom but these are super minor things.

Very comfortable place and would recommend this property for short or long term stays.

Great location only a 20 min stroll into the centre of Inverness. Good public transport if required. Not far from shops and PUB / Restaurant. The apartment was large and plenty of room to move about with the bonus of flat screen TV and home cinema are great. Large sauna which I did not try but was vey clean. I would stay here again no problem.

Home away from home in Inverness

This place is amazing. You even have your own private sauna. Very clean. Quiet hours start at 1am which is later than most places. Shops nearby. Friendly staff, but you also get a lot of privacy too. Just like having your own 1 bedroom flat in Inverness for a few days.

The noise of the boiler or something did wake me up once or twice at night. But didn't really bother me because everything else about the stay was perfect.

Best Stay I've Had in a Long Time

The amenities, including the sauna and home theatre, were absolutely delightful. The hosts were extremely welcoming and hospitable, providing a welcome note and holiday treats. The studio is wonderfully designed, providing spacious rooms and nooks through cleverly designed partitions and carefully placed furniture. Speaking of, not only was the bed absolutely gigantic, it was exceedingly comfortable and provided me some of the best sleep I've had in a while. My wife and I had such a nice time, we even altered plans in order to maximize our time in the studio. The hosts went above and beyond to make this space feel like a home away from home.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this stay. My expectations were not only met, they were overwhelmingly exceeded.
