Niyati - Boutique Stay

The location is so perfect! The staff is just beyond lovely and generous. Especially, Bablu dada, Vipin and Nivas. Bablu dada and Vipin would remind us to carry our umbrellas when we step out, recommend delicious meals nearby and fill us in on the neighbourhood lore. I almost felt like I was visiting family. Their care, generosity and thoughtfulness was beyond what was necessary and certainly left an imprint on my friend and I. I hope to return soon and keep visiting often. Cannot recommend this place more! And it certainly is so because of the people who work here. Thank you!!

Location was good. Near to Francis pub. Could walkin to Pub easily.

I generally stay on the top floor. This time I stayed downstairs and was bit uncomfortable.

Its a beautiful old historic boutique hotel. The room was spacious and large and Had basic amenities of water and kettle tea and coffee. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Staff were helpful. Great location .

There is no complimentary breakfast. Amenites were limited. The bathroom and room light was dim and would be nice when dressing up to have a nice mirror and light .

Historic building, great location in the old fort, fun bar next door with karaoke and serving drinks.

The downstairs room was very damp due to monsoon rains and it being an old building. The bedsheets and all our clothes got wet from being in there. Staff were kind and moved us to another room upstairs which was a bit better but still a similar problem. Karaoke bar next door and the old doors to each bedroom mean it’s noisy at night while people are still moving around.
