    Good location close to the Fort Kochi area. The room was relatively clean. I booked the “room with fan” which also indicated that AC was included. Upon check in I was told that I booked the room without AC and only with fan, and I had to pay a higher price than what was originally booked.

    The stay was decent overall. The room itself was okay and the view was definitely a highlight. The hosts were kind and welcoming, which made the experience better. However, the building wasn’t very convenient to access due to a narrow staircase, and the biggest downside was the bathroom, it had a strong odor that didn’t go away even after using a room freshener. That part really affected the comfort of the stay.

    We booked two rooms...one room was good however other room felt like terrace has been converted into room and most important washroom of other room was not properly covered have attached photos.. You can book room here as it's affordable and good but don't take terrace room. Request to owner is to cover washrooms properly
