The location of the property is great it’s very very close to the fort kochi area, you can even easily walk over for dinner and lunch to some great restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy and Melissa was super sweet and helpful.
The bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner

Melissa was very helpful and kind with us and a really great cook and also organizing! It was our very first time and night in India and she cooked amazing Kerala food with all the love. We chatted for a while and she gave great recommendations! We also booked our driver to continue with the Kerala tour with them and also the Kathakali show. I really really really recommend our driver Shaa, he was the best! We had a lot of fun and he was a great driver and now friend. From Reds we could go everywhere with the Tuk-tuk and we loved it! Thank you Melisa!!!
Our room was nice but I would have liked to find the shower cleaner.

Lovely property, slightly away from hustle of Fort Kochi which we liked. Mellisa is a superstar, she made our stay easy and comfortable, all her recommendations were great and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay, she even upgraded our room halfway through our stay! Johnson the recommended TukTuk driver was a legend, gave great town tours!Breakfast was also yummy!
No hand soap in bathroom!
