This apartment is located in a small residential building nearby the sandy beaches and all commodities (10 minutes walk). There is a private garden with one terrace (30 m2) to enjoy the outside life, with a ping pong table, garden furniture, relax and a barbecue. There is all comfort : fully furnished kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, oven, mico wave, coffee maker,
1 TV LCD (Led), DVD player, washing machine, micro wave.
There is one bedroom wit a double bed (new furniture) and 2 double sofa beds (new furniture) in the living room.
Free high speed internet wifi, international TV channels including Bein sports (100 % world football cup).
Baby bed, playpen and baby chair are free available on request.
Private car parking, lift elevator.

We've spent the great vacations in this nice apartment which fully responds to all the normal family requirements and especially perfect for those which travel with small kids (due to the amazing private garden)! Will definetely recommend and most probably will come back!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, la résidence est très bien située, très calme. L'appartement est en tous points conformes à l'annonce, lumineux, spacieux, très bien équipé. Absolument rien à dire ... Antoinette est très sympathique, très accueillante et ne sait pas quoi faire pour satisfaire ses hôtes. Merci Antoinette pour tout. Ne changez pas ...

Très bel appartement donnant sur un extérieur possédant une belle terrasse permettant d'y manger à tous les repas, une table de ping-pong sur la pelouse, des relaxes à disposition. Nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire qui a été très disponible, a été présente dès que nous en avions eu besoin, personne très aimable. La description correspond à l'annonce:une grande pièce à vivre possédant 2 canapés style américain car cuisine ouverte sur la pièce principale avec TV , une chambre avec TV. Le bémol serait un manque de placard pour mettre les affaires lorsque l'on est nombreux. C'est un appartement confortable, tout à disposition, nous n'avons manqué de rien: frigo, congélateur, barbecue, ...

In casa c'è tutto, elettrodomestici, macchine diverse per fare il caffè, seggiolino per bambini, ciotola per i cani....TUTTO! Mme Giros è molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di assistenza doveste necessitare. Lo consiglio sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni.

Davvero una splendida locazione. Alloggio tranquillo pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort anche per bambini e animali domestici. Curato e molto rilassante. Garage chiuso con accesso diretto all'ascensore o, in alternativa, all'aperto ma comunque privato e delimitato da strisce . Il giardino, privato e lontano da occhi indiscreti, è davvero un plus per tutti animali e bambini inclusi. Lo suggerisco sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni.

Bel appartement bien situé et très spacieux même pour 5 personnes avec un bel espace extérieur. Il y a eu effectivement un dégât des eaux mais nous étions prévenus et cela ne nous a pas dérangé.Le fait que le linge de maison soit fournit est un plus cela allège les bagages surtout quand on est beaucoup .Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable ,nous reviendrons certainement. Appart. bien situé,au calme,confortable;petit ennui pour la propriétaire ,un dégat des eaux dont la réparation s'éternise (assurances)mais qui ne nous à pas dérangé outre mesure, la proprio. nous ayant averti à l'avance.Nous reviendrons certainement.
