Apartment for 6 persons for rental in Juan les Pins - 50 meters from the beach with a fantastic view. New in June 2008. It is 67m2 + 23m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms with double/2 beds and a sleeping sofa in the living room. High standard for the apartment and interior. The location is at Juan Flore resort - between the centre of Juan les Pins and Golf Juan at the French Riviera - 20.minutes from Nice. The resort has approx. 450 apartments with swimming pool in the middle and private garage.
In addition to first class beach and nice swimming water, you will find nice restaurants and bars just 10 min walking to Juan les Pins. There is water skiing, sail boat rental, etc. The distance from Antibes, Cannes and Nice is short. You will also find the small charming villages Mougins, St.Paul and Eze nearby.

The apartment is in an excellent domain, well placed for the beach, shops, restaurants and the train. The domain is well cared for and appears to be very secure which is an important asset in this part of the world. The apartment is reasonably well equipped ( although British visitors may regret the absence of a toaster and microwave!). However, in some respects it needs a bit more care. For example, one of the two external armchairs shown in the photos is broken and accessing the wifi proved to be a bit of a challenge owing to inadequate instructions. The arrival/reception arrangements are poor, as they rely on the cleaning agency and the response of the previous tenants to instructions from the owner. In our case, this left us without the required access keys and we had to be “rescued “ by Julie, a very helpful lady from that agency. These things are irritating, but did not spoil an enjoyable holiday.

A well equipped and comfortable apartment. Walking distance of a lovely beach, shops and bars. Only issue was that the pool wasn’t open, which was quite a set back for my water loving daughter.

Well-appointed clean apartment in a beautifully-maintained garden complex. Excellent communication from the owner throughout. Two bakers and two grocers 5-10 minutes walk away by l'Eglise Jean d'Arc, which is also where buses stop for Cannes, Juan, Antibes and Nice Airport. Easy stroll to Juan itself for shops and restaurants. Everything very convenient, would definitely recommend.

The apartment is in a superb complex with well-maintained gardens and a large communal swimming pool within two minutes walk. Security is good and facilities are excellent. The apartment is situated five minutes away from the sandy beach, the rail station a further fifteen minutes away on foot with easy access to Antibes and Nice by train, so a car is not an absolute necessity. Shops are close by with plenty of restaurants too in Juan les Pins, making the location ideal for our family of five. The accommodation was enough for five, although the sofa bed required two to share in the living room. All the bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning worked all night long! Trond, the owner, was particularly helpful, gave clear instructions before the holiday and still helped out with texts and emails with foolish questions about wi-fi, getting from the station on arrival and how to get into the apartment when we got there (even though he'd already told us once!). He was also flexible with check out times on our last day that made a huge difference to us travelling home. Overall, our stay was relaxing, varied and thoroughly enjoyable due to the location, accommodation and hospitality of the owner. Highly recommended. Would happily go back again.

Cet appartement aurait pu être agréable. Malheureusement sa description ne correspond pas à la réalité. Il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain mais une seule. A cause d'une maintenance inexistante, la télévision et internet ne fonctionne plus. Dans ce cas un document explicant le fonctionnement de l'appartement aurait été indispensable. Le contact que donne le propriétaire pour récupérer les clés ne s'occupe que du ménage. Check in inexistant. Très mauvaise expérience pour nous. Alain Sekel.

Wir haben die Pfingstwoche in dem Apartment verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Anreise war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Office problemlos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön angelegt und blitzsauber. Sehr angenehm war die Nutzung des großen Pools nach einem Tag am Meer. Vom der Anlage ist man in 2 min am Strand von Juan les Pins. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass vor allem am Wochenende viele Autos und Motorroller zu hören sind. Sehr schön in der Wohnung ist der große Balkon und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles ist rundum zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré quelques remarques : L’appartement est bien situé et spacieux et agréable mais ne convient pas à des familles françaises qui souhaitent regarder la TV car on n’y reçoit que des chaînes norvégiennes. On a échangé avec Tron, le propriétaire en Norvège, qui est très gentil mais nous n’avons pas réussi à trouver ensemble une solution. Nous avons passé 2 soirées à essayer de trouver d’autres chaînes, françaises, anglaises, mais impossible. Les chambres sont bien, celle des enfants un peu petite, mais très propres comme le reste de l’appartement. La salle de bain est grande, c’est bien. La cuisine est sympa mais problème, le variateur de la plaque de cuisson fonctionne très mal, donc il faut prévoir une réparation ou un changement de plaque. Ça a causé pas mal d’énervement pour préparer les repas chauds. Il manque un micro-ondes à la place du four mais ça je le savais (c’était dans le descriptif) mais c’est confirmé ça manque quand même. Pour faire réchauffer des plats de la veille ou le lait du matin, c’est mieux sans aucun doute. Nous avons passé malgré tout des bons moments à table. Nous avons pu petit déjeuner 2 fois sur la terrasse tellement il faisait beau, ça c’était très bien.

Die Ferienwohnung hielt exakt was versprochen wurde. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell und auf guten Niveau zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wohnbereich mit moderner Küche und Meerblick. Schönes Badzimmer mit Doppellavabo, WC separat. 2 kleine Schlafzimmer erfüllen gut ihren Zweck. Supergepflegte Gartenumgebung mit herrlichem Pool. (Badge gesichert) 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Gesamtbewertung: Überdurchschnittliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert. Familie Heinz und Fon Schweiz

I've been staying from 21 to 25 April in this lovely flat. Nice forniture, very well equipped, strategic and quiet position closed to the beach and to the main places around the cote d'Azur. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion is to put a lock on the parking place. There are only few placed in the complex and everyone parks with no care about the private places. We were not able to park inside in 5 days.

The appartment is located in a huge complex of several buidings with a swimming pool in the centre. This appartment on the first floor has a very nice view on the sea and if you like the beach and sea you only have to walk 100meters. All watersports are nearby. In the appartment is everything available, especially the airco in the bedrooms is ideal. The centre of Juan les Pins takes a walk of 25 minutes along the the beach/boulevard and in the evening there is a lot of activity.(casino) in the centre/boulevard. The situation of the appartment is ideal to make trips to monaco, cannes, st tropez, grasse , san remo and gorges du verdon. A car is necessary .
