Apartment of 70 m2 completely refurbished on the 5th and last floor of a small secure building, crossing, very bright. Great location in the center of Golfe Juan in a quiet area. Closed garage at the foot of the building in a secure courtyard apartment completely renovated this winter. Bathroom with shower . bay windows opening widely onto the balcony for outdoor dining. Close to shops (3 bakeries, press, pharmacy, 2 mini-markets). 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the port. Near the train station, with regular lines to Cannes, Juan les pins, Nice. Cleaning and reception fees 90 euros to be paid to the concierge upon arrival

On a beaucoup apprécié le séjour ! L’appartement est à proximité de tout ! Très pratique et on a même pas besoin de voiture. Boulangeries juste à côté, train à quelques minutes à pieds, express u magasin bio … et j’en passe. On se baladait souvent en marchant du golfe à Juan-les-pins !! Très agréable en soirée. L’appartement est très bien équipe, reste un peu vieux mais c’est convenable ! on a pas vraiment compris comment fonctionnait le four, mais sinon tout s’est bien passé.

Tout est à proximité de l’appartement et accessible à pied en moins de 5 minutes: commerces, plage, cafés, gare...
L’appartement est grand, lumineux et propre. Bref, très pratique pour une semaine de vacances. Attention, il peut toutefois y faire très chaud l’été, et même la nuit (pas de clim et ni de ventilateurs).
