Fabulous accommodation with a great host.

What a great B&B. The bedroom and bathroom were both enormous and well appointed. Patrick was a wonderful host and prepared breakfast each morning for us. It was good to talk with him and the other guests over breakfast. The place was spotlessly clean and Patrick came in each day and tidied up. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. There was both a train station and a Metro station 15 mins walk away(in different directions). You could choose which you wanted to use depending on where you wanted to go. The accommodation was located on a quiet street. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable we had in France.

This was such a nice stay. Patrick is excellent host, his breakfasts were really delicious and every morning we had a nice chat. The room was spacious, nicely clean, the bed was very comfy. We liked it a lot and also our room had a nice view. The whole experience felt like a very nice visit :) thanks Patrick.

Everything was great. It was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Paris. Patrick took great care of our needs, taking time to make breakfast for my wife and I and also having great conversations. Very close to the metro station, quiet and peaceful place. Easy access to anywhere in and around the city. Will visit again for sure.

Great stay

Wonderful accommodation Patrick offers, a very spacious room (unlike Paris' standards), tastefully furnished and well equipped, in a peaceful area, but still well connected to Paris - the metro is only 10 minutes away. You can't ask for more! Patrick is a very warm and helpful host, looking forward to being there again.

Fantastic getaway in quiet, stylish surroundings. Excellent amenities (air-con, super mattress, luxury shower, roof balcony), lovingly decorated in eclectic style. The host s very welcoming and super friendly. Feels like a family retreat.

Just great!

A private space turned into a hotel. I had a spacious and comfortable room and bathroom in the second floor. And the centre of it all is a big kitchen/ living room with a long table inviting to sit and chat (which I will do next time when less in a hurry). Where else would one be invited to a cold beer upon arrival? Patrick is a great host.

After a 14 hour drive, it was like coming to a home away from home.

Patrick, the host, was very kind and helpful in any question we had. The location was close to the end of a Metro line, so we were out of the way of most city traffic and other nightly noise while still having available and practical transport.

It is practically impossible to find any negative comments about our stay at Beausejour...!

Great room that can allow an independent stay, breakfast is modest but with healthy products (the host was careful with my dietary restrictions I told him in advance). Warm and cozy, comfy bed.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and very spacious for Paris standards. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is easy to find somewhere for dinner. The wifi is easy and good.

I found it a little intimidating to walk through the home to get in and out, but once you are used to it, it is OK.

La décoration très originale et classe de la chambre et de la salle de bain, qui est très spacieuse d'ailleurs, avec douche à l'italienne et une baignoire à bulles (que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner avec nos hôtes "de remplacement" mais au retour de congés du propriétaire ça devrait être bon👍) Possibilité de faire une boisson chaude. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans la vestiaire. Agréables échanges avec nos hôtes "de remplacement" (propriétaire en vacances) au petit service (repassage d'une chemise, tentatives de mise en route système à bulles baignoire, aidé à descendre nos bagages lors du départ,...) et accueil très chaleureux. Logement très propre. Nous le recommandons

La porte de la chambre est belle et fonctionnelle, mais laisse passer tous les sons (et la nuit un peu de lumière de la lampe allumée dans le couloir)

Einfach Toll

Der Gast Herr Patrick war sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit, man fühlte sich nicht Fremd. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Unterhaltung war sehr Familiär. Die Zimmer waren sehr Sauber, gepflegt, geräumig und die Betten waren super bequem. Getränke gab es gratis aus dem Kühlschrank neben dem Zimmer. Die Beschreibung war weit übertroffen. Immer wieder gern. Danke Patrick für den schönen Aufenthalt. Werden es weiter sagen. LG. Sandra und Peter

Un emplacement proche des centres d'affaires, un hôte aux petits soins, une bonne literie....

Emplacement idéal avec les grandes sociétés à Issy-les-Moulineaux accessible à pieds en 15 minutes. Grande chambre agréable même lors des fortes chaleurs. Un hôte à vos petits soins, dans un quartier calme. Petit déjeuners fabuleux et excellente literie.

Attention ce n'est pas un hotel à proprement parlé, vous êtes chez l'habitant, un peu déroutant au départ, cela se révèle finalement un avantage.
