① Clean rooms, bathroom and building.
② Close to Piraeus metro station, about 5-minute walk. Convenient to restaurants, supermarkets. Also convenient (about 10-minute walk) to Dimotiko Theatro Metro Station where the cruise company offered a free shuttle to the port terminal.
③ Friendly staff. Helped to take carry-on baggage downstairs (but not up upstairs). Also, allowed us to borrow a kettle and phone charger.
④ Good Internet connection.
⑤ Hot water for shower is good.
⑥ Beds are comfortable. Might need more comforters on colder nights.
① Upper floors without elevator - therefore it's not suitable for seniors or persons with disabilities.
② Facilities are limited. But, you can ask for assistance. The staff showed willingness to help as much as they can.

Near metro station and boat. Nice staff. Basic hotel to stay for one night. Relatively not expensive.
Noise, old or worn stuffs. No lift.
