Very close from Piraeus port, tram and metro stations. I really appreciated that they accepted my last-minute booking and late check-in.
They even contacted me that I left my box of accessories in the room which I didn't notice at that point!

Great location near the port, metro station and bus stop.
An old tenement house with a soul. Owner a nice guy.
Inconvenience in my opinion is, that You don't get a key for the exit door and have to ring the bell even when You come back at night
