Very good choice

The apartments are located above a pizzeria where they bake excellent pizza at a good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchinette includes also an oven, microwave oven and capsule coffee machine. There is enough parking space for visitors as well.

Place is pretty cozy for couple. Amazing mountain view! Shame that pizza place was closed this time.

Amazing view from the balcony! Short walking distance from the bus which goes everywhere. Possible to walk to skyLift and town with shop and restaurant. Sauna by the house included in price!

No washing machine. No simple soap in the bathroom. Wasn’t even dish cleaning sponge (we got it later) No coffee/sugar. Just a capsule machine. TV channels only in German. Local ones. Pizza downstairs was closed (out of season). No shower by the Sauna. (pool is in progress).

Nice quiet location, comfortable beds. Very clean apt. Nice pizzeria down stairs! 😊

The apt could do with a few extra items. Small details like there was no bread knife for example, Hand soap and paper towels are often found these days in rental apts. The shower head was damaged. The toilet seat needed some attention also. Just small things. Not a complaint , just raising points. All in all a pleasant stay! 😊

clean rooms well equipped. The ski bus stops right under the object, Close distance both on the glacier and on Schlick. to pizzeria you can go in slippers :) but remember to book place 😊

Superb

It is truely a very cosy little apartment with good views on the balcany, clean and comfortable beds with windows to allow you watch the stars! The kitchen is well equipt for cooking and dish washing. Need to keep the apartment clean yourselves. Ideal for families. Every morning there are 3 buses in front of the hotel to the Gletcher free of charge. Supermarkets are 30 minutes walk. Taking the bus is better. The landlord is also the owner of the pizza restuart downtairs. He is not always easy to find but he can be reached on the phone.

A washing machine would be helpful!

Vermieter freundlich und aufgrund Restaurantbetrieb im Haus regelmässig ansprechbar. Kontaktaufnahme zur Anreise idealerweise per Tel. Zahlung für die Unterkunft ist per Karte oder bar möglich. Bett (feste Matratze) im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gut. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Tolle Wohnung für guten Preis.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt sauber, mit einem Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick auf die Elferspitze und das Stubaital. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Pizzeria, sehr lecker. Das Parken war problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und die Natur ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Dusche hat eine etwas schwierig regulierbare Temperatureinstellung, aber wenn man sie einmal eingestellt hat, ist es super.

Tolle, saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren aller Schwierigkeitsklassen. 5 min zur Bushaltestelle. Im Haus gibt es 2 Restaurants.

- Modern eingerichtet - Viel Platz zu zweit - Gute (feste) Matratze - In der Mitte vom Stubaital gelegen - Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus - Zwei Restaurants unterhalb der Wohnung - Wenn man sich mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet hat, eine gute Basis im Stubaital.

- Keine Handseife in Küche/Toilette - Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier in der Wohnung - Spärliche Küchenausstattung (Kein Öl, kein Schneidebrett, kein Nudelsieb, kein Schwamm/Spülbürste ...) - Pool nicht vorhanden?! - Sauna vorhanden aber Zugang von Rosen zugewachsen und es wurde nichts zur Nutzung gesagt

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Reibungslose Buchung und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Tolle Lage nah an Bergbahn, ÖPNV und Supermarkt, trotzdem ruhig. Restaurant im EG nicht hörbar, Essen sehr empfehlenswert. Alles perfekt.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub zum wandern im Stubaital

Sehr süße kleine Wohnung mit schöner Einrichtung - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Mein Highlight war die Nähe zum kostenlosen Badesee, der zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad auch sehr schnell in Neustift. Ein Balkon würde die Wohnung perfekt machen, aber das weiß man ja im Voraus. Dafür gibt es am Haus Sitzgelegenheiten, die man nutzen darf. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
