Unexpected super villa in Neder

The property is spacious, strategic and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We got also the stubaital card for free

Great value for a comfortable stay for hikers and families.

The bus stop right outside and the Stubai super card meant we were out every day whizzing about on cable cars and buses to get to our hiking trails. The sauna was wonderful - we had it to ourselves (first week Sept). And the staff were terrific - helped us English speakers with dinner reservations and extra pillows etc. Apartment was large with a good balcony and reasonably equipped kitchen. It’s got a well-worn homey feel, which we liked.

really good and brand new accomodation

- new and clear appartment were well equiped (even Nespresso machine on capsules available) - only 15 min by car from Glacier - communication on reception very good - small pub available downstairs (beer, schnitzel, wurst abailable) - heated ski room available - online check-in possible - bus stop just in front of the house

- someone could claim some noise from surrounding rooms (esp. when next to you is family with small kids)

Una garanzia per le nostre vacanze nello Stubai

Ci eravamo già stati con la famiglia e abbiamo deciso di tornarci. Personale super disponibile e cordialissimo. Gli appartamenti sono veramnete ampi e completi di tutto quello che serve per brevi e lunghi soggiorni, molto puliti e con ottimi servizi. A piano terra è presente anche un ristorante sempre di proprietà della struttura in cui si mangia molto bene. Ottima esperienza. Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno perfetto in pieno relax

Appartamento ampio ed accogliente per 3 persone, cucina perfettamente accessoriata. Servizio pane fresco la mattina molto utile e apprezzato visto che l'appartamento non si trova in centro. Tuttavia di fronte alla casa si trova la fermata del bus per raggiungere impianti e il paese e a ca 1 km un supermercato molto fornito. Attraversando la strada inizia subito un bellissimo sentiero lungo il torrente, paesaggio stupendo. Compreso nel soggiorno la grandissima Stubai super card per prendere tantissimi impianti di risalita, bus e molto altro.

Prima appartement als uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie.

De locatie was direct aan de doorgaande weg en direct aan de bushalte. Verder was in basis alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Het was niet gelijk duidelijk wat bij je boeking in zat (handdoeken, bedbenodigdheden, keukenbenodigdheden). De informatieverstrekking zou beter kunnen. Misschien ook een boekje met basisinformatie in het appartement leggen. Daarnaast dit het goed om te weten dat er geen lift is en dat de sauna beperkt open is.
