About this house rental
Portion of an ancient house (stazzu) renovated this year, located near the sea on two levels. From both terraces, both on the upper and lower floors, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the Gulf of Puntaldia up to the island of Tavolara and the gulf of San Teodoro.

The house is located in a quiet and private area, just 2 km from the beach. The covered outdoor veranda is very large, continuation of the living area, all around the house there is a large garden with English grass and lots of privacy; also solarium, outdoor shower and bbq area.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a marble shower, a marble vanity top like the entire floor of the house. The finishes of the house and the steps of the internal staircase are in granite.
The master bedroom continues with a magnificent terrace on the second floor, also with marble flooring, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view and romantic sunsets.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a large sofa and a large table to eat inside if you prefer. The kitchen area with marble worktop is equipped with a double fridge, double freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (and heating).
Externally it is also equipped with a washing machine.
There is care and love for every detail of the home.
THE LOCALITY
LuFraili di Supra is one of the most famous towns of San Teodoro as it is still dotted with old houses all renovated and great elegance and privacy. It is a small naturalistic paradise whose coastline is made up of small sandy coves and placid granite cliffs. The island of Tavolara stands out on the horizon and it is possible to get there by ferry or by renting a boat at the nearby beaches. Every day you can change cove and discover the peculiarities of each. The area is not very windy, so it is possible to enjoy the sea every day with tranquility.
In the nearby town of Punta Aldia it is possible to be in the small square to have an aperitif in front of the marina, participate in musical evenings with exceptional guests, have dinner in high class restaurants. During the day it is possible to use the tennis court, the swimming pool where morning classes are organized, as well as on the beach (aqua gym) and the fabulous and renowned Punta Aldia golf course.
Besides a lot of activities organized for the little ones.
The area where the house is located is a very peaceful residential area of rare beauty, characterized by typical Mediterranean colors, the crystal clear water of its sea and a series of beautiful coves, white sandy beaches, bays and headlands. The ancient flavor of the dwelling and the scents around it will amaze you as well as the colors of its sea and granite.

We could not say more about how supportive our hosts were. We had a rental car disaster which meant we were without a car for our arrival and first night. They helped with getting me to the supermarket and that shop lasted for our whole 10 day stay.
The house is idealic, close to wonderful places and wonderful to relax in when we did not want to go out.
Would definatel stay there again.
