Really enjoyed our stay

Location was great for exploring. View from the balcony, amazing sunsets. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. They only provide pillows and blankets so you may want to bring a duvet or sleeping bags.

We didn't get instructions for getting keys, we had to phone the owner, that could be improved.There was a lot of confusion about which box our key was in but we got there in the end with help. Everyone was helpful.

Would not recommend to book this apartment

Location is great, next to a nice beach. View from the balcony is partially towards the sea.

Very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Upon reporting, the owner applied bleach, but that didn't solved the issue. The smell is so bad that it significantly impacts the enjoyment of the property. Additional issues: - Property was no cleaned before arrival: human and animal hair on the bed, floor full of dust, microwave dirty - TV desk and shower is a safety hazard for young children - Fan in bathroom not working therefore mould can be found everywhere in the bathroom - mould behind the toilet - There is a language barrier (I don't speak French, owner doesn't speak English) and we needed to use the help of a random person to call the owner as we received no instructions about how to get into the property. - Bed and pillows are poor quality, ended up sleeping without pillows.

Pied à terre parfait pour qqes jours en bord de mer

Appartement bien conçu et bien équipé, tout était en bon état. Il faisait bien chaud à notre arrivée et pendant toute la durée de notre séjour de Noël. La résidence est au calme, avec un parking privé. C'est à qques pas de la plage et du GR côtier. Très joli station de la côte de granit rose. Il y a une terrasse pour l'été

Plus jamais..

Je n'étais pas attendue la 1ere nuit de mon séjour, validé par l'établissement. D'urgence (0°dehors) on m'a trouvé un autre logement, sans chauffage ni électricité, en fermeture pour l'hiver. Le lendemain, le propriétaire, surpris de voir quelqu'un dans son logement, m'a fait comprendre que je n'étais pas la bienvenue. Il m'a alors passe sa femme au téléphone et la série d'arguments diffamatoires a plus: squateuse, entrée par " effraction" , elle ne voulait pas faire de la compta pour "si peu ", ne voulait pas non plus que je reste chez elle, " en plus sur l'appartement terrasse!!!! Ce fut l'un des pires moments de ma vie. Je me suis sentie humiliée. La seconde personne du logement initial s'est montrée plus avenante. Mais mon séjour s'est trouvé fortement gâché....

Pauvreté des équipements, pas de machine à laver, pas de planche à repasser, aucun produit pour le ménage, vaisselle crasseuse, sol crasseux, pas de séparation des terrasses, voisinage trop proche, clic clac inconfortable, énorme tableau électrique au milieu du salon.

Un séjour décevant et du personnel désemparé !

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement avec la vue mer.

Logement sale en particulier le plus grand des 3 que nous avions réservé (A4). Nous avons dû aspirer le sol dans les chambres, enlever les toiles d’araignée et faire les poussières. Pas d’eau chaude dans le grand logement. Je comprends mieux pourquoi le ménage n’était pas fait…. le four ne fonctionnait pas, cela faisait tout disjoncter. Dans ce même logement, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas non plus. La concierge nous a dit ne rien pouvoir faire, si ce n’est nous proposer de nous laver dans un autre appartement situé à l’extérieur (appartement B2) dont la salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée. Nous devions aussi sortir et aller dans un autre appartement pour nous servir d’un frigo qui fonctionne (appartement (H4). Le radiateur d’un des 2 autres appartements (B5) loué ne fonctionnait plus. J’ai aussi précisé que les placards du grand appartement (A4) ne s’ouvraient plus, elle m’a répondu que cela faisait un moment et qu’elle ne pouvait rien y faire… La personne sur place nous a dit être seulement une locataire. La concierge que j’ai eu au téléphone nous a dit qu’elle avait déjà dit au propriétaire qu’il y avait des travaux à faire mais rien n’est fait…. C’est un administrateur judiciaire qui est en charge du bien et il semblerait que ce soit très long !! Personne n’était présent à notre départ.

Personne pour nous accueillir à l'horaire prévu. Pas d'état des lieux et la découverte à l'usage d'équipements cassés ( tiroir du meuble salle de bain et porte du placard de la chambre défectueuse) La salle de bain minuscule Matériel de cuisine succinct , strict minimum. Propreté moyenne

La vue, situation géographique et la tranquillité.

La réception et la restitution des clefs. Le tarif des draps, on m' annonce par téléphone 15€ les draps et arrivé sur place le tarif est de 15€ par lit (lits jumeaux) ! Concernant le ménage, quelques "moutons" et toiles d' araignées.
