About this house rental
Enjoy a beautiful accommodation built with quality materials, bright, very spacious, functional of 80 m2, near a magnificent sandy beach on the pink granite coast, ideally located, 8 km from Perros-Guirec and on the GR34, hiking trail! The accommodation has a capacity of up to 5 people. Magnificent sea views, at the mercy of the tides with a garden facing the sea. Property of 2500 m2 with only 4 magnificent accommodations built by an architect with quality materials where wood and zinc harmonize. Our accommodations are classified as 3-star furnished tourism and it is open all year round!
The vast terrace with breathtaking views of the beach is a privileged space and holidaymakers take full advantage of it from the first ray of sunshine. On the GR34, for hikers, it is perfect. September, October, it is a beautiful late season and the sun is still there for hiking, swimming, cycling. Every day, there are people in the water doing gym in the water "of the longe côte"!
The accommodation offers impeccable comfort, an essential asset for a good holiday. The accommodations are bright thanks to its large windows. Very beautiful views from the living room, with large windows, sea view from the bedroom, from the terrace on the magnificent beach of Trestel which is 100 m away!

Upstairs:
- 1 large bright bedroom (sea view) with 1 bed for 2 people: bed 160x200 and 1 bed: bed 90x200

Outside:
- 2 terraces, one with sea view, garden furniture and private plancha

The bed linen kit is included in your stay. It is composed of a flat sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase. The beds are also made on your arrival.
Please note: We do not provide towels and bath mats.
-There is the possibility to rent the towel kit (a bath towel and a small towel) for 10€ per person.
- Baby equipment (high chair, bed, bath, potty) free of charge and available on request
-In the common room, a washing machine and a dryer are available.
-babysitting possible on request (paid option)
Internal regulations:
- Non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or noisy parties to preserve the calm of the residence.
-It is not allowed to charge your electric car. There is no charging station.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus an bester Lage an einem schönen Strand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, das Haus verfügt über alles, was für eine Familie mit Kindern notwendig ist. Der Strand ist in ca 3 Minuten zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar; aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf den Strand und die Küste.

Logement très agréable, tout neuf et bien équipé.
Un petit bémol sur l'escalier très étroit qui monte à l'étage.
Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et disponibles.
Séjour très agréable.
