About this house rental
Magnificent accommodation and very nice services located on the Pink Granite Coast, with beautiful sea views, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Beautiful volumes and bright thanks to its large windows which benefits from a view of the garden and the sea, located only 100 m from the beach! Our accommodation has as an asset its exposure to have the sun in the morning and evening.
From the bedroom, upstairs, you can admire the sea.
The GR34 is next door, ideal pied-à-terre for hiking. Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Bellevues-Sur-Mer awaits you. Property of 2500 m2 with only 4 magnificent accommodations built by an architect with quality materials. Welcome to Bellevues-Sur-Mer!

- Spacious living room with 43-inch HD TV
- 1 master bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people: bed 160x200
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 large bright bedroom (sea view) with 1 bed for 2 people: bed 160x200 and 1 bed: bed 90x200
- a brise-soleil, electric shutters, blinds and custom-made curtains
- FREE Wi-Fi
Outside:
- 2 terraces, one of which is very spacious with garden furniture and private plancha
-1 umbrella and 2 quality sun loungers (Lafuma)

The bed linen kit is included in your stay. It is composed of a flat sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase. The beds are also made on your arrival.

Location: We are located in Brittany, in the Côtes d'Armor, on the beautiful pink granite coast, 8 km from Perros-Guirec. We are mentioned on the GR34. Ideally located to visit the region: Paimpol, Tréguier, Perros, Pontrieux... Our tenants have also highlighted this strong point!
You can enjoy the turquoise sea of Trestel beach, with its fine sand. Possibility to take surfing lessons or rent them, to practice longe-côte with a coach, thanks to the surf school (300 m), sailing school 5 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is family-friendly. Everyone will find what they are looking for (sand castles, swimming...) You can go on beautiful hikes and bike rides, starting from our property. Near the accommodation, next to the beach, you can walk in the departmental natural area, the marsh of Trestel.
Nearly 4 kilometres are available on 32 ha which are accessible thanks to footbridges. This marsh is home to exceptional biodiversity and rare species.
The Trestel marsh is 32 ha of reed beds, meadows and woodlands.
An equestrian club is located about 3 km from us. You can taste regional products and shellfish and enjoy many activities throughout the year (music festivals, markets...) to the delight of holidaymakers. Our house is located in a quiet and relaxing environment, in a coastal town where life is good.

Die Unterkunft ist topp. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage sind nicht zu übertreffen und die Vermieter sehr, sehr nett.
Wir werden den urlaub wiederholen. Die Gegend bietet sehr viel für Familien.

When booking we did not notice, that the place is a 4-unit place with slightly different noise or view level.
Next to our apartment there is a road with heavy and noisy traffic in the morning and evening.
Extremely disturbing was the evening noise from the direct neighbours.
Already on the first day we complained about the inefficiency/existence of WiFi and poor telephone reception in the house (steel construction). During the whole 9 days, the problem with the WiFi was not fixed, despite several complaints. A price reduction due to a lack of WiFi was categorically rejected.
To prevent discussions, we bought 4 decent wine glasses.
In summary, although there were some positive aspects, we would not recommend the House.
