About this house rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Trestel Beach is just steps away and Plage aux Choux is within an easy 6-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a desk, and an office. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

When booking we did not notice, that the place is a 4-unit place with slightly different noise or view level. Next to our apartment there is a road with heavy and noisy traffic in the morning and evening. Extremely disturbing was the evening noise from the direct neighbours. Already on the first day we complained about the inefficiency/existence of WiFi and poor telephone reception in the house (steel construction). During the whole 9 days, the problem with the WiFi was not fixed, despite several complaints. A price reduction due to a lack of WiFi was categorically rejected. To prevent discussions, we bought 4 decent wine glasses. In summary, although there were some positive aspects, we would not recommend the House.

A wonderful property to rent which is well equipped. Two outdoor seating areas along with comfortable accommodation and considering there’s four properties together there is reasonable privacy. Everything you need and close to all the sights and historic towns on the granite coast, a short drive to Perros Guirec and and the hill top town of Treguier. Near the sea which is sandy and safe, though there’s so many to discover, with a couple of local restaurants which are very good and a beach snack bar. Thanks for a great week!
