Welcome to Trévou-Treguinec, a quiet village located 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec & Ploumanac'h, favorite village of the French in 2015. Discover this charming family home that can accommodate 5 people, near the sea and Trestel beach. It opens its doors to you for unforgettable moments in the region: between swimming, relaxing and surfing sessions.
The interior has been carefully designed for your comfort. The lounge is ideal for sharing a convivial aperitif by the stove or relaxing in front of a movie or a sporting event. The dining room invites you to gather around its large table to share delicious meals with family or friends.
In the independent kitchen, you will have all the equipment you need to cook your meals: a ceramic stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter and Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. For more comfort it also has a washing machine.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor, and will allow you to relax after a long day of activity.
On the night side, you will find upstairs a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200).
On the practical side, the house has a private outdoor parking space just in front of the house.
