Beautiful location above the town. Beautiful views. Very attentive staff. Very comfortable apartment. Convenient ski in/ ski out (not easy for beginner skiers. Tho).
One caveat: a 10 to 15 minute walk into downtown Selva. Not really a problem. Free bus service.

Wow we loved our time here. Firstly, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We booked a basement room on booking, on arrival we were given a room on L1 with a balcony with a gorgeous view, we sat here every morning having our coffee and breakfast. Our room was much larger and better equipped than we were expecting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, we made breakfast and dinner here every day with no problems. The wellness centre with the 2x saunas, cold shower, swimming pool (with amazing views) and spa were all amazing, we used these daily too (how can you not). Large parking garage underneath for safe car parking, bike parking in garage too. 15min walk down the hill to Selva town, with lots of walks and hikes and bike tracks around. Free bus passes with the accommodation too so easy to get the bus at bottom of the hill to Ortesei for Seceda and Alpe De Suisi. Drinks at the bar downstairs were well priced for location and convenience (Hugo Spritz €5.50 with snacks). I could go on and on, but all in all we loved it and will definitely be returning when we return to the Dolomites! Thank you!

El personal era MUY amable, siempre atentos, resolviendo cada duda o problema que teníamos, de manera inmediata. Las instalaciones hermosas, la habitación inmensa, limpia, acogedora y muy bien equipada. Piscina, jacuzzi y sauna, todo para estar cómodo y disfrutar.
No me puedo quejar de nada, fue genial todo
