Beautiful house with lacking customer ser vice

Beautifully renovated Istrian old stonehouse house with closed garden.

Unexpected extra charges of 200€.

Not beachfront, ants, but well renovated otherwise.

The house is nicely renovated.

The location is advertised as beachfront. It isn't. You can't really even see the sea. And once ypu get to the nearest beach it really isn't nice at all. We had pharaon ants in the appartment, and they infested our luggage. When I showed our host the video of the ants swarming around, he gave me a powder and a spray, which didn't really do the trick. All in all, much too expensive for what you get.

There was a miscomunication if we can or can't use the pool.. In the beginning of the stay we were informed by the person who let us in that we can't use the pool. But, when we wrote a message on booking that they should update their description if the pool is not to be used, the reception told us we actually could use it all the time

Apartmán v krásném kamenném domě, s vlastní terasou, vybavenou kuchyní. Všechno čisté a pohodlné. Kousek od moře a pláže v malé klidné vesničce. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Parkování přímo u vily - soukromé. Krásný dvůr, klidné prostředí. Klíče jsme vyzvedli v recepci, od majitele jsme dostali tipy na výlety v okolí. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt.

Malá, kamenitá pláž hned za domem- cca 50 metrů. Ubytování dobře vybavené, čisté, milá majitelka.

Nejkrásnější ubytování, které jsme během dovolené zažili. Nádherné místo, krásný a nádherně zrekonstruovaný dům. K nádhernému moři pár kroků. Vybavení skvělé a neskutečný přístup majitelů. Naprosto jsme se zamilovali a víme, že se chceme vracet a doporučovat, aby přátelé zažili stejně skvělé okamžiky na tomto místě, jako my. Budeme vzpomínat hodně dlouho. I pomoc od majitelů s dalším ubytováním a prodloužením naší dovolené, byla skvělá. Děkujeme!
