Villa Oliva 2 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The modern design and location of this beautiful holiday villa leave little to be desired. On the light-flooded and spacious ground floor you will find a modern, luxurious living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, from which large sliding doors lead to the private pool, which can be heated on request and at an extra charge, and to the outdoor dining area. On the two upper floors you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, evenly distributed. If you want some entertainment, head to the basement where a pool table, table football and darts await you. The villa is semi-detached but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two villas can also be rented together. Next to the villa is a lawn with a children's playground and a large car park, both of which are shared with Villa Oliva 1.
