Villa Oliva 2
Villa Oliva 2 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The modern design and location of this beautiful holiday villa leave little to be desired. The sea with beautiful beaches is only 150 metres away. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8+2 people and has four bedrooms. On the light-flooded and spacious ground floor you will find a modern, luxurious living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, from which large sliding doors lead to the private pool, which can be heated on request and at an extra charge, and to the outdoor dining area. On the two upper floors you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, evenly distributed. If you want some entertainment, head to the basement where a pool table, table football and darts await you. The villa is semi-detached but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two villas can also be rented together. Next to the villa is a lawn with a children's playground and a large car park, both of which are shared with Villa Oliva 1.

Villa Oliva 2 is located in the town of Umag, only 150 metres from the sea and two hours by boat from Venice. Along with Savudrija, Umag is the westernmost town on the Istrian peninsula. The excellent location of Villa Oliva 2 combines the best of both worlds: Peace and quiet with sunny beaches and lively seaside resorts. The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The enchanting hinterland with its picturesque medieval towns is easily accessible thanks to the good road connections. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
