Villa Oliva 1
Villa Oliva 1 is located in the town of Umag, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 + 2 people. The luxurious modern design and the location, which is only 150 metres from the sea, leave little to be desired. Villa Oliva 1 is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful private pool, which can be heated on request and at an additional cost. The open-plan concept on the ground floor offers a luxurious spacious living area as well as a kitchen with dining area, both with large sliding doors leading to the private pool and outdoor dining area. The 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are evenly distributed over the first and second floors. The villa also offers plenty of entertainment: in the basement you will find a pool table as well as table football and darts.
The villa is semi-detached, but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two properties can also be rented together. Next to the villa you will find a lawn with a children's playground and a large private car park, which are shared with Villa Oliva 2.

The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The enchanting hinterland with its picturesque medieval towns is easily accessible thanks to the good road connections. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
