Step into the charming Villa Seka for 10 people in the beautiful town of Porec.
Located in a quiet area, Villa Seka is an ideal choice for families looking for a place to relax and get away from it all.
You will be delighted by the beautifully manicured garden full of plants and palm trees that create a special Mediterranean atmosphere. In the middle of the courtyard is a large private pool where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and just a few steps away from the beautiful covered terrace with dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The interior of the villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and divided into two floors. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room from which you have direct access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite and another living room with TV.
On the second floor there is a balcony which is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee. The villa is fully fenced, offers internet and private parking for 4 cars and is located close to all necessary facilities and is only 1 km away from the nearest beach.Villa Seka is located in a quiet part of the town of Porec, but at the same time close to the city center.
It is only 1 km away from the sea and its location is ideal for anyone who prefers a relaxing vacation, but also for those who want to explore tourist towns. In Porec you will find various types of entertainment, from sports activities to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. As Porec is a former Roman colony, the city is especially known for its rich cultural heritage. Visit the beautiful Euphrasian Basilica, which is currently under UNESCO protection. Nearby are the towns of Groznjan and Motovun, as well as coastal towns such as Vrsar and Rovinj. If you want to explore more remote parts of Istria, the Brijuni National Park and the Roman amphitheater in Pula are also within easy reach.
