Ein top Apartment mit sehr bequemen Betten.

Die Lage - zum Strand ok, ins Zentrum muss man mit Auto. Sonst war aber alles top.

Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt, nur war es Urlaub :) Uns hat besonders gefallen: die gute Ausstattung des Appartement, die 2 großen Pools und die schöne große Dachterrasse. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Porec und auch am Strand.

We like this place and we were here many times in last 8 years. The place is partially owned by the resort and partially by the private individuals. This time we were accommodated at the private appartment, which brought some unpleasant surprises. The place is nice, but not good and prepared for a long family holiday, how ever we can recommend it for 3-4 days stay.

This place with many apartments is partially owned by the major resort owner and partially by the private individuals. This time we were accommodated at the "private appartment". Looks the owner of this appartment is more business oriented than customer oriented person. We were here for 18 days long stay but still the owner tried to explained us that it is not needed to exchange any towels. Also he explained that in his "4 star" apartment we should buy the toilet papers on our own and if we need the exchange of the towels, we could wash them on our own in his washing machine. He also does it himself, he mentioned. After our discussion he promised us one cleaning of the apartment if we pay another cleaning of the apartman on our own for EUR 50,-. We had to pay this in cash immediately to him. This cleaning service was however very lousy and we had to complain at the reception of the house, but not much help. After this "cleaning" the floor was full of dust, nobody tried even to use the vacuum cleaner, so we did it also on our own after all, even if we extra paid this service. The equipment of the apartman was a bit old, dish washer was not able to clean the dishes at all, we had to wash the dishes by hands the complete time. The hot water was sometimes here, sometimes not, the owner just promised to send someone to fix the water heater, but nobody came. WiFi internet was impossible to use at all, as it was very slow or not able to get the connection at all, we used our mobile internet instead. But nevertheless, the owner visited our apartment with excuse, that he needs to send some private emails from our kitchen as we have the best internet in there.... Probably he was curious about our way of staying... SO in short, -Very cool and nice place, -but very low standard of the service and equipment, especially when we compare to the service provided in the other apartments of this resort by the major resort owner.
