An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the vestibule. Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and with sea view. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 6 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet 3 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and with sea view. You have access to the 7 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Poreč. The villa is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a wall. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
