The detached villa, built in 2019, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Poreč. The villa is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a wall. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
