Nice, value-for-money apartment a bit far from Poreč

As you can tell by the photos coming with the description, the building is new (I reckon, no more than 4-5 years old) and very well maintained. The lavish backyard is full of olive trees and other beautiful Mediterranean plants that encircle the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is quite short. It must be no longer than twelve meters. However, the water is clean and the surrounding too. Too bad that a principal road runs just on the other side of the hedge and you can not very much enjoy a quiet and silent embiance when you lay down on a lounge patio chair by the pool. The apartment was nice and very clean and furnished with everything we needed during our 5-night stay in the last week of June. We enjoyed the shower as it was larger than the common ones you find in such range of places. Price was the best we found that fitted our budget, and that after a long search among similar solutions in Istria region. It's affordable if you take into account that, however, the place is not near to the sea shore, neither to the town of Poreč (which we find beautiful, btw). For the former, you have to walk for two Km, whilst for the latter it takes four Km. Of course, you can go to town and to the beaches by car, but ready to pay something like two euros for each hour of parking.

The apartment is rather away from the sea shore. The pool is very nice, however, it's surrounding is not relaxing due to the traffic on the road just over the hedge. We were not convinced at all by the way the guests are encouraged to correctly sort the trash inevitably produced during their stay. I'm sure it can be largely improved since the present way of collecting it is rather a shame for the environment!

Very spacious and clean, amazing pool, big terrace, perfect for a bigger groups or families.

property offers more appartments and only one appartment has a private hot tub - this is also the reason for a higher price. we booked appartment with a hot tub and NOBODY TOLD US that we can not use it (apparently it was too cold so please explain why is it called HOT tub). we found that out on the location. so we pay appartment with a higher price for NOTHING (and all the other appartments were free). it is not fair to play with your guests!

We had a wonderful stay at Olea Residence. A week in a pleasant atmosphere and tranquility. The complex is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Gladly again at any time.

Krásný apartmán blízko centra

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni s naším pobytem. Majitel byl velmi příjemný a ochotně s námi prošel celý apartmán a ukázal nám kde co je. Ubytování je opravdu komfortní, postele jsou pohodlné a skvěle vybavená kuchyně má vše, co člověk potřebuje. Ačkoliv je pláž vzdálená asi 7 minut jízdy autem, vůbec nám to nevadilo. Naopak, ocenili jsme, že ubytování je kousek od centra. Ideální je vzít si s sebou kola a okolí prozkoumat na nich. Celkově můžeme pobyt jedině doporučit!

Szép, medencés, parkosított azállás ****-os apartmannal, új berendezési tárgyakkal, klimatizálva.

Két fürdőszoba a 6 fős apartmanban. A szobák tiszták, légkondicionáltak igényes bútorzattal. A kert tiszta, szépen parkosított, napágy, napernyő, csocsóasztal, grillező rendelkezésre áll. Barátságos szállásadó. Nagyon igényes szállás.

Minden tetszett. A strandot és az óvárost inkább autóval javasolt megközelíteni, ott pedig általában lehet parkolni.
