Spending a holiday together but still with enough privacy even with 12 people is possible here.
Not far from the tourist centre of Pore, you have the option of spending your holiday in a smaller holiday home or a larger semi-detached house.
Two nearby houses that are ideal for several families or larger groups of friends. Ideal for four people is the cottage where on the ground floor there is the kitchen with living room and a bathroom and on the upper floor you reach the second bedroom through a passage room. In the second house there are three floors, each with a residential unit that is only accessible from the outside and the landlord lives in the other half of the house. On the upper floor there is a large apartment with bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. There is a studio flat with a kitchenette on the ground floor and on the mezzanine floor.
You can cool off on hot summer days in the communal pool, which is for your exclusive use.
If you want to explore beautiful Porec but don't want to spend your entire holiday in the centre of the hustle and bustle, this house is ideal for your holiday, as the famous Materada beach is only a few minutes away by car.
