We had a great time and the apartment served as a handy base for short trips around Istria.

Perfect location, friendly host, airconditioning, big fridge-freezer, lots of wardrobe space.

Missed some coffee making facilities for either a filter coffee or a simple cafetiere pot. I also think that for the price there could have been bin-liners, kitchen scissors, clothes pegs and tea towels.

The accommodation was very well equipped located in a central yet very quiet area with lots to see.

Great satisfaction.

Great satisfaction. Everything was as it was written. Room clean, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, towels, wifi,air conditioning ..... just everything was available. The owner was cool. Restaurants, shops, beach are all within easy reach.

nice apartment with a great location

- super location (the beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery, exchange office are very close) - about 20 minutes walk to Porec center - fully equipped kitchen - the apartment is clean and modernly furnished, the booking photos correspond with reality (except of a parasole on the balcony, there was no one) - no problems with wifi

- there are not enough parking places for all apartments, sometimes you have to park your car somewhere on the street and it is not so comfortable - weak water dreinage (or inufficiently cleaned water drain) in the shower

Замечательное место для семейного апарт отдыха у моря

Мы арендовали квартиру с двумя спальнями и видом непонятно куда. Спальня с двуспальной кроватью замечательная, но без балкона. Зато есть большой и удобный шкаф-купе и две тумбочки. Вторая спальня-крошечная комната с двумя раздельными кроватями без шкафа (есть небольшой комод) и балконом. Замечательная гостиная со столом на пять человек, полностью укомплектованной посудой кухней(с посудомоечной машиной и электродуховкой). Также в гостиной есть раскладной вполне удобный диван. Большой холодильник с морозильной камерой. Рядом есть множество кафе и ресторанов с ценами выше средне европейских и bakery. В кафе еда волне нормальная, а вот пекарни (рядом их три) продают все как одна красивую дорогую выпечку, сырую внутри. Так бывает, когда при выпечке замороженной заготовки не выдерживают технологию. За углом есть минимаркет, супермаркет ок 1,5 км. Там же и аптека. Море замечательное-от 200 до 500 метро есть муниципальные пляжи (трава, бетон, даже небольшой песчаный пляж) на выбор. Лежаки 5-7 eurо/день, зонт также. До центра Пореч можно дойти пешком по набережной (около 2 км) или доехать на туристическом паровозике (2,5 euro/взрослый, 1,5 euro ребенок). Парковка под домом на 4 машины, но мы приехали поздно и Дамир показал еще одну парковку рядом. Моющими средствами и туалетной бумагой персонал обеспечивал моментально.

Tökéletes volt számunkra.

Minden olyan volt, ahogyan a képeken láthattam. Az egyik strand pár perc sétára található, a másik (ami jobban tetszett), kb 10 percre volt csupán. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, közvetlen, segítőkész volt. Parkolni díjmentesen az apartman előtt lehetett. Klíma csak a nappaliban volt, de teljesen lehűtötte a teljes apartmant. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

A hálószobában lévő franciaágy eléggé nyikorgott, így egy kicsit hangosak voltak az éjszakák...

Super toller Kurzurlaub - Porec immer wieder

Die Lage war echt super. Die Einrichtung ist neu und gepflegt. Der kleine Balkon ist richtig genial.

Der Geruch auf dem Balkon war schrecklich, da die Mülltonnen des Vermieters unter dem Balkon stehen, rechts die vom Nachbar und gegenüber die von einem Restaurant standen. Bei der Hitze kein angenehmes Aroma.
