Nice... but I don't recommend!

Very friendly host until we complained that we got a different, worse, cheaper room... we still paid for the better one... absolutely unprepared for the season. I hate it when someone wants to scam me and still make me look stupid...

Appartamento molto bello e moderno. Bagno bellissimo. Ottimo wifi, aria condizionata, parcheggio nel cortile e dal balcone si vede il mare 😍

Per noi personalmente i cuscini e il letto erano scomodi, ma è soggettivo.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Sauber und modern Eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage.

Ausstattung war teilweise nicht vorhanden (kein Toilettenpapier, kein Spülmittel,...) Parkplatzsituation sehr unübersichtlich- teilweise mühsam zum Ein/Ausparken da Hauseigentümer den Parkplatz verstellen

Objekat i domaćini za svaku preporuku.

Apartman je moderan, čist i dobro opremljen i nismo morali da brinemo oko ničega. Špadići su jako miran kraj a i unutar objekta je bilo maksimalno mirno i tiho pa smo nakon dugih šetnji mogli da se naspavamo i odmorimo. Parking je u dvorištu u hladovini. Terasa je prostrana i ima pogled na more pa smo mogli svaki dan da uživamo.

Nismo imali zamerke.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen, der nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

super Lage, Strand, Strandpromenade, Bäcker, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Bars sind locker fußläufig zu erreichen; auch Porec ist bequem per Fuß erreichbar oder mit der kleinen Bimmelbahn nicht weit von der Unterkunft; Vermieter sind zurückhaltend freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit; häufiger Handtuchwechsel möglich Auto steht in einem abgeschlossenen Hof

Die Unterkunft war als Deluxe- Apartment ausgewiesen und wird jetzt als Premium- Apartment angeboten, entsprechend auch der Preis. Da hätten wir mehr erwartet! Bad sehr, sehr klein und beengt, wenig Abstellfläche kleiner Kleiderschrank Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer schafft es bei großer Hitze nicht, das Schlafzimmer gut zu kühlen Balkonstühle ohne Auflage

Első ránézésre szimpatikus volt, modern berendezés, tágas és szép fürdőszoba, nagy terasz. Az apartman kifogástalanul tiszta volt. Csendes, szinte észre sem vettük a többi lakót.

Hiába volt szép a fürdőszoba, de a lefolyó nem működött megfelelően. Ömlött ki a víz a kabin ajtó alatt, mert nem tudott lefolyni. Mivel a szálláson nem volt felmosó, így jobb híján a kilépő törölközővel kellett felitatni a vizet. Jeleztük a problémát, de nem javították meg. Így az ott tartózkodásunk alatt úgy tudtunk zökkenőmentesen tusolni, hogy a padlóösszefolyóból kivettük a rácsot és a bűzelzárót, hogy a víz letudjon folyni. Ezáltal viszont "csatorna szag" lett a fürdőben. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon alacsony. Ezen a szinten elvárnék egy mosogatógépet, egy sütőt, normális méretű hűtőt valamint egy valóban működő páraelszívót. (Az elvárásaim az előző évek horvátországi nyaralásain tapasztaltak alapján alapulnak) A klíma a nappaliban volt elhelyezve. Ahhoz, hogy a hálóban ne legyen meleg, folyamatosan bekapcsolva kellett hagyni alacsony hőmérsékleten. Ezzel nem is lenne probléma, viszont így abban a helységben ahol a klíma üzemelt, rettenetesen hideg volt. Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen volt a puhasága és a közös takaró miatt, de ez másnak lehet éppen szimpatikus. És egy utolsó észrevétel, hogy nem volt feltüntetve az, hogy van hajszárító illetve az, hogy dolce gusto kávéfőző van. Ez nagyon hasznos infó lett volna nekem, mert nem viszek hajszárítót feleslegesen, viszont kávékapszulát vittem volna magammal, ha tudom ezt.
