The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities. All holiday flats are new and modernly furnished. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several covered parking spaces for common use.
