Ústretoví a nápomocní majitelia. čisté, moderné vybavenie, uzavretý a oplotený priestor okolo nehnuteľnosti, takže náš pes sa mohol pohybovať po celej záhrade.
Jeden večer (dlho do noci) vo vedľajšej nehnuteľnosti mali susedia hlučnú párty za čo však majitelia Casa Rocco nijako nemohli.

Wir konnten noch um 23 Uhr ein WhatsApp schreiben, weil wir Hilfe im Haus benötigten! Das Haus hat Blick aufs Meer und liegt wunderbar 🥰...
Leider sind die Schlafzimmern oben nur über eine Stufe außen erreichbar... Ein Luxusproblem... Quasi...

Egy nagyon jó kilátással bíró, igazából egy ilyen kis hétvégi ház. Minden van, amire az embernek szüksége lehet, jól felszerelt, pihenésre alkalmas házikó. Négy főnek nagyon kényelmes.
A hely adottságából adódóan a mobil lefedettség elég gyenge. Egyhelyben állva is hol a horvát, hol az olasz toronyra ugrott fel a telefon, de ezt lehetett korrigálni kézi toronykijelöléssel.

Die Nähe zum Meer war fantastisch!
Leider konnte man das Schlafzimmer nur über eine Außentreppe erreichen. Es gab oben bei den Schlafzimmern kein Badezimmer beziehungsweise auch leider kein WC. Man musste vom Schlafzimmer in den Regen heraus über die Treppe hinunter in das Wohnzimmer und zurück ins Badezimmer. Sehr mühsam!!
