great house to relax and enjoy the istrian vibe

Great quality for the price. Our guests were very welcoming and helpful (even lending us some tennis rackets and offering a bottle of wine for our pregnant friend to enjoy after her son will be born). We enjoyed very much the outdoor facilities (tennis court, swimming pool, and grill). the location super close to Umag making it a 3min trip to the supermarket. The 3 bedrooms each having its own ensuite bedroom were perfect to accommodate 6 adults.

Best vacation villa ever!!

We loved everything. Location is perfect, free parking. Georrgeus garden with pool, tennis court, handy grill outside with table and sitting area in the shade. Rustic villa with spacious living area downstaira and 3 big rooms with large double beds. Sauna. It’s just amazing and perfect place to relax with friends and family.

Old house with atmosphere, comfort and privacy.

It is an old house that creates a feeling of comfort and complete privacy. For small children, this accommodation is also a small enclosed playground thanks to its own saltwater pool and garden. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and all rooms are air conditioned. It is perfect to rent an e-bike from Federico or play tennis. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Great for me.

Wohlfühlen von Anfang an .

Ein schickes und top gepflegtes Anwesen, etwas außerhalb von Umag. Ein kleiner ruhiger Ort, während unseres Aufenthalts war ein Restaurant ( Golf) etwa 200m entfernt geöffnet, von außen etwas unscheinbar, aber mit einer sehr empfehlenswerten Küche und super netten Betreibern und gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir hatten das Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool ( der täglich gereinigt wurde), Die Vermieter waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Es war jeden Tag eine Freude, von unseren Ausflügen in die Unterkunft zurück zu kommen. Wer nicht unbedingt direkt in Strandnähe wohnen will, ist hier bestens Aufgehoben.

Kleinigkeiten welche aber nicht sooo dramatisch waren, die findet man überall. Die Benutzung der Sauna ist etwas kompliziert. Einen Tag vorher anmelden und dann auch nur ein kleines Zeitfenster zu festen Uhrzeiten ist nicht gerade spontan.Klar muss sie erst vorheizen, das könnte man besser lösen z.B. Münzeinwurf, Zeitschaltuhr....... Und ja, die von vielen bemängelte Couch vor dem Fernseher, ist etwas stärker abgewohnt, aber wir haben weder Couch noch Fernseher benutzt.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage.

Ein tolles Haus mit dem sehr netten Eigentümer Federico. Die Räume sind super, auch das Grundstück; mit eigenem Pool, Dampfbad & Sauna; nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, oder mit dem Fahrrad nach Umag. Wir waren dort mit 6 Personen – alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

Toll für Gruppen - alles perfekt!

Perfekt für Gruppen um die 6 Personen :) Tolle Lage, ein paar Minuten zum Strand, toller Pool, sehr sauber, 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, super freundlicher Gastgeber.
