I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing from the rooms to the service and overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception for being so welcoming and supportive during my stay. He truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back again!

Location is top notch. Property is well maintained and picturesque. It's very huge property. Staffs at the reception are not that great. Many restaurants are there but it's not open through out day. Breakfast was good with a lots of variety. Over all very good experience, I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were dirty Shower is low pressure with luke warm water staff are extremely moody, and rude. Look at you like muck on your shoe when you ask for something. food is barely edible, with limited options. Lunch is literally crispy fries, and hot dog rolls with a slice of cheese in and plastic looking ham. hardly no entertainment (25 minutes at night time). No vibe at pool, no music honestly it's left such a bad taste in my mouth, i been sharm many times and stayed at both 4 and 5 star hotel and this was by the far the worst. I stayed at dreams beach resort for 1 night, then moved to dreams vacation (same hotel but sister hotel right next door that shares amenities). Both were shockingly bad. do not waste your money.
