    Location is good, rooms and furniture are a little bit old need renovation Staff at reception reception were not flexible and supportive and following the rules of check in after 2 pm strictly.

    We came with Agoda, we made reservation in Triple Room Pool View, but Agoda working with Booking Booking send them like we reserved, Standart Room Garden View, we shocked and this is the problem of Agoda. Even though a recepsionist fight with me about it, manager solved the problem and they give us Double room with sea view so problem solved, also Italian restaurant was amazing. Pool was perfect, sea was perfect. Cleaning guy Ahmad Safwad was so good. Helped us about everything, he is really giving good energy thanks for everything !

    Rooms were dirty Shower is low pressure with luke warm water staff are extremely moody, and rude. Look at you like muck on your shoe when you ask for something. food is barely edible, with limited options. Lunch is literally crispy fries, and hot dog rolls with a slice of cheese in and plastic looking ham. hardly no entertainment (25 minutes at night time). No vibe at pool, no music honestly it's left such a bad taste in my mouth, i been sharm many times and stayed at both 4 and 5 star hotel and this was by the far the worst. I stayed at dreams beach resort for 1 night, then moved to dreams vacation (same hotel but sister hotel right next door that shares amenities). Both were shockingly bad. do not waste your money.
