The house consists of a living room with corner kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, plus a small storage room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, which is transformed into a double bed or twin beds if needed. The house is ideal for a family of 4. The outdoor space consists of a living terrace, with table and sofa for your relaxation. Super-equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine and Wi-fi.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die Terasse, wo wir gegessen, Karten gespielt und gelesen haben. Immer mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Isola Tavolara. Unser Teenager hat mehrmals im Pool gebadet und lobte das stabile Internet. ;-) Die Gastgeberin Giulia ist eine hilfsbereite, offene und freundliche Person. Die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief einfach prima. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view. All beaches in reach by car in about 10-20 minutes. Enough space for a family of four. Washing machine and dishwasher proved benefitial. Very pleasant owner ... a great vacation. We loved our stay there and did not miss a thing. Thank you!

Sehr schöne neue Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick zum Meer und den Inseln. Die Wohnung ist in einer gepflegten Anlage bestehend aus kleinen toskanischen Eigentumswohnungen - bestehens aus je zwei Einheiten.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht für einen sehr schönen Urlaub - Klimaanlage, Küche, Spülmaschine, modernes bequemes Bett, Pool mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick ...
Wir (Ehepaar und 5 jährige Tochter) würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Vermieterin war super nett - herzliches Willkommen und Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden.
Mietwagen oder eigenes Auto empfehlen wir - wir sind ca. 10 Min zu den Stränden gefahren.
Sardinien ist ein Traum.

Un lieu magnifique, un appartement cosy et très soigné, une hôte charmante même sans l' avoir rencontré, des vacances de rêve, on retournera chez Giulia sans hésitations. Nous avons été guidés et très bien conseillé. Merci pour tout.
