In Murta Maria, inside the resort with swimming pool "S'abba Lughente", a well-known tourist complex, you can rent
two-room apartment with covered parking space in front of the entrance, with private garden with barbecue and veranda equipped with table and chairs. The house has an entrance through the French window of the garden. Upon entering the guest will enjoy a stay in a new and refined environment, tastefully decorated. In the living room / kitchen there is a comfortable double sofa bed. In the hallway there is a functional built-in wardrobe, inside which the washing machine is located, then there is the bathroom and the double bedroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wifi and digital terrestrial TV. The iron and the phone are also supplied. The swimming pool is located about 20 meters from the house. The nearest beaches are Porto Istana, Costa Corallina and Le Vecchie Saline, at most 2 km away from the house, famous for their Caribbean colors and crystal clear water. The apartment is located about 7 minutes from the Costa Smeralda shopping center, the airport and the port. Two and a half kilometers away you reach Porto San Paolo, a famous tourist resort from which tours leave to visit the island of Tavolara.
Rules for arriving in Sardinia Covid emergency
Hi. In Sardinia you can come safely, the only request is to fill out a paper form that you can find on pages 15 and 16 of the ordinance that I will provide with whatsapp. The printout, properly completed, must be sent electronically or delivered to the carrier's staff (plane or ship) that you use to reach the island. The electronic submission can be made from the Sardinia Region website or through an application (Safe Sardinia) which can be downloaded from the stores. After you have forwarded the printout, you will receive a registration code, which you must show at the boarding with an identity document and ticket. If you are unable to send the printout electronically, as described in the ordinance, you can fill it out on board and deliver it to the appropriate staff. La location était petite mais tres bien pour 4 personnes dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu utiliser la piscine mais location très proche des superbes plages de Sardaigne et le propriétaire très réactif

Es war eine kleine, aber sehr gemütliche
Fewo. Es war alles da was man brauchte.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Die vielen schönen Strände sind sehr nah.

Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini per 2 settimane in questo appartamento. Era tutto disponibile e pulito. L'appartamento si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Supermercati a 5 passi e la spiaggia più vicina Porto Istana e l'acqua è stupenda. Da consigliare!

Appartamento bellissimo e equipaggiato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza con tutte le comodità!!... anzi il trovare due bici e la linea wifi in un appartamento va molto oltre le aspettative. Prezzo nella media per il periodo.
